We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Lead Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects on cellular towers, rooftops, generator installations, and more.

Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 a year
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant construction experience, wireless telecom experience a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
- Hands-on field experience.
- Experienced Foreman's, Electricians, any Construction type of work are encouraged to apply!
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to travel out of state 25%+ of the time for projects (Midwest Region including IL, OH, IN, MI)
- Able to work some weekends during tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field construction operations and oversee crew activities across multiple wireless infrastructure sites
- Act as communication bridge between Project Managers/ Directors and Constructions Field Managers
- Travel around the Midwest to support multiple constructions crews/sites
- Support and help Construction Field Managers, Foreman's, Technicians, and/or Subcontractors
- Support field team development and training to elevate performance
- Request quotes and order materials from various vendors for materials and services
- Attend conference calls and participate in project meetings
- Create daily and weekly schedules to support the management team
- Coordinate the final inspections of jobs as required
- Request COIs and surety bonds for permits and business licenses
- Arrange for construction testing and engineering services if necessary
- Climb ladders over 30 feet on rooftops, water tanks, and buildings using a safety harness
- Ensure job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
- Monitor field productivity and contribute to cost control and on-time delivery
