Lead Foreman Interiors/Renovations

We are searching for an outstanding Interiors/Renovations Foreman to join our team. If you have 5 or more years of experience, a passion for construction, and an insane need and desire to be part of building great projects, then please read on! What you'll be doing:

• Plan, organize, and manage all resources (people and materials) for the successful execution of a project.
• Lead project teams in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met.
• Manage timely and proper payment processes from clients, to subcontractors, and vendors.
• Learning and applying standard operating procedures, to your work.
• Manage schedules, change orders, RFI, and submittal process.

What you need for this position:

• 5+ years of experience as an Interiors/Renovations Foreman
• Passion for construction.
• Successfully started and finished, projects from $1M to $15M.
• Detailed project list required for interview.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, and Bluebeam.
