Job Description

The Lead Installer will oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new residential construction projects. Daily responsibilities include leading and coordinating a team, ensuring all work adheres to company standards and exceeds customer expectations, troubleshooting installation challenges, and performing necessary maintenance and repairs.

Compensation

Starting at $25/hour (DOE and certifications), with additional piece-rate opportunities on residential replacements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in new residential construction
• Required technical training and certifications
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Repair and preventive maintenance experience is a plus
• EPA certification preferred
• RMGA certification preferred
