Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final punch list.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets, proactively resolving delays or issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field operations and client updates.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent or lead role.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
