Job Description

Oversee all field operations on high-rise multifamily projects from groundbreaking through to final turnover. Directly manage all site superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to address challenges proactively. Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant jobsite. Lead daily site meetings and provide consistent progress updates to stakeholders. Drive project timelines and implement look-ahead schedules. Ensure all work adheres to plans, specs, and applicable codes.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 10 years of experience in ground-up high-rise multifamily construction. Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage large teams and fast-paced sites. Experience with vertical concrete structures and managing trades at scale. Deep knowledge of South Florida building codes, construction sequencing, and city permitting processes. Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. OSHA 30 certified and capable of enforcing top-tier safety culture on site. Stable project history with reputable general contractors.
