New Generation Mechanical is looking for a great addition to our plumbing team who is experienced in overseeing and working alongside crews of 1-2 Plumber Apprentices, and possesses a Texas Journeyman Plumber licensed and/or Master Plumber license. This role comes with competitive pay (Base pay plus yearly bonus program) as well as company vehicle, Gas Card, iPhone, and iPad.
Position Summary:
In this position you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, inspecting and performing the assembly, installation, repair, and testing of Plumbing systems and components during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of projects. The position directly supervises a crew of 1-2 Plumber Apprentices and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training and directing work of crew members. Works in collaboration with Plumbing Superintendent to train and coach Plumber Apprentices to maintain high work quality standards.
In the licensed plumber role, you will be provided with a company vehicle to take to and from home/job, gas card, iPhone and iPad.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma / GED
- Current Texas Plumber Journeyman license
- Experience in Plumbing and running plumbing jobs or similar experience.
- Ability to operate and maintain company equipment and tools
- Valid Driver's License required
