Key Responsibilities: Build trusting relationships with clients. Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders. Create tailored treatment plans for individual patient needs. Conduct regular counseling sessions and revise treatment plans as necessary. Assess patient progress continuously. Engage family members in treatment when appropriate. Plan and execute outreach and referral initiatives in the community. Qualifications: Master's level degree or higher in a related field (Required). Full, valid LMFT, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license (application is required; associate/intern level therapists not considered). Minimum of 2 years of diagnostic assessment and therapy experience. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR); familiarity with NextGen is desirable. Strong computer skills in applications such as spreadsheets and databases. Total yearly compensation can range based on billed hours: Total Yearly Compensation at 25 billed hours- $90,000. Total Yearly Compensation at 27 billed hours- $96,032.
