Key Responsibilities Case Management: Take ownership of complex litigation matters, including managing discovery, drafting pleadings, and preparing for trial. Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients, providing strategic counsel and updates throughout the litigation process. Courtroom Experience: Serve as first or second chair in hearings, depositions, and trials. Legal Research & Writing: Draft high-quality legal memoranda, motions, and briefs. A strong passion for writing and research is essential. Team Collaboration: Work closely with partners and associates in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications Education: Excellent academic credentials, ideally from a T-14 law school or graduating near the top of your class. Experience: 4-8 years of litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting. Demonstrated expertise in construction-related disputes or a strong interest in developing this specialty. Proven track record in handling complex litigation matters.
