Our company handles the entire process from Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting, Construction, to Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor with construction crews operating in California and expanding across the U.S. Benefits include: Competitive salary Dental and health insurance Paid time off Training & development Job Overview: This in-office role is based in Costa Mesa, CA, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It is a senior-level position seeking highly motivated individuals with backgrounds in Construction, Civil, and Electrical fields, coupled with excellent communication skills. The Director of Construction manages various facets of projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities: Manage teams of Project Managers, Coordinators, Schedulers, and Estimators across 200+ EVSE, Solar, and BESS projects. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Manage resources, materials, labor, and timelines efficiently. Coordinate internal and third-party resources for project execution. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Monitor project performance and report issues. Manage client and stakeholder relationships. Perform risk management and establish project budgets. Oversee construction from conception to compliance with safety and building regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and specialists. Ensure quality standards and proper techniques are followed. Develop construction programs and define project execution parameters. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is advantageous but not required. Certifications such as CCM, PMP are highly favorable. Extensive leadership experience in construction. Proficiency with construction management software.
