Job Title: Manager of Construction
City & State/Province/Country: Houston, TX
Salary: $130,728 - $174,300 / year Manager of Construction to work in Houston, TX to complete the job duties below. Must put job code on resume and cover letter. Support safety and quality.
Ensure the quality of construction/installation works according to contract requirements, codes and Air Liquide standards; support the procurement department and the global team in the qualication of manufacturing workshops.
Support the eld.
Provide input to the team to inuence the most effective execution approach.
Ensure Construction Management best practices are applied and procedures implemented across all projects leveraging global experiences and capitalization.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, engineering technology. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 8 years of relevant experience with direct engagement on the industrial construction sites in civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and startup. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: No education and 10 years of relevant experience with direct engagement on the industrial construction sites in civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and startup. TRAVEL REQUIRED: 60% domestic. The position does not require roving, relocation or telecommuting.
