This role is ideal for a senior field leader with experience in large-scale, MEP-intensive builds looking to transition into a broader leadership position. You’ll manage field performance across multiple active jobsites, influence hiring and process development, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across one of the firm’s fastest-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee field execution across ground-up industrial, logistics, and mission-critical projects in PA, MD, NJ, and surrounding states Provide mentorship and strategic support to superintendents, foremen, and APMs across multiple jobs Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction to align manpower, sequencing, and trade partner performance Enforce field consistency in safety, quality control, logistics planning, and scheduling systems Support staffing strategy, jobsite startup, and workforce development across the region

Qualifications: 12+ years in field construction leadership with a minimum of 3 years managing multiple projects or regional teams Experience delivering large-scale industrial, warehouse, data center, or PEMB projects ($20M+) Deep understanding of jobsite sequencing, trade integration, and OSHA safety standards Based in the Baltimore or Philadelphia region with willingness to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic
