Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 (based on experience)
We are actively seeking an experienced Marine Construction Project Manager/Estimtor to lead and execute complex waterfront and underwater infrastructure projects. This is a key role with a well-established and respected marine contractor, offering long-term opportunity and competitive compensation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in marine construction
- Background managing docks, bridges, seawalls, or underwater projects
- Strong ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and field crews
- Skilled in overseeing subcontractors and ensuring jobsite safety compliance
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Estimating experience; proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob is a required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of marine construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Assist with estimating and pre-construction tasks during project downtime
Project types include: marinas, docks, seawalls, and other new and rehabilitative marine construction.
