Job Details
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, support business development, and enhance internal and external communications. This role is ideal for a creative and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms Oversee the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations Collaborate with leadership, project teams, and business development to support pursuits Coordinate events, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts Manage digital marketing efforts including website, social media, and email campaigns
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
