Role & Responsibility
Paperwork and site management should go hand in hand. Must have basic mechanical knowledge and be willing to work flexible hours. - Project paperwork and site management - Responsible for reviewing specification & shop drawing - Coordinating engineering issues with engineering company (Compliance of specifications and owner requirements) - Responsible for Construction monitoring and reporting to include progress measurement - Managing progress and schedule for assigned scope which includes fabrication and installation. - Communicate project status to Project Management, Client, internal and external customers as appropriate or required
Qualification - Preferred Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work-related experience - Preferred experience in Mechanical or Chemical Piping Construction (2+) - Preferred able to read and interpret P&ID - Experience in Chemical Piping, preferred but not required - Proficient Experience in BIM, MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point), AutoCAD, Navisworks - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Key Notes/Requirements - Bilingual (English, Korean) required - Well written and verbal communication skills
