Efficient AC, Electric & Plumbing – an established, locally owned company proudly serving Central Texas since 1976 – is looking for a Mechanical Construction Estimator to join its team.
The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.
We are looking for either a:
Mid- or senior-level commercial Construction Estimator in mechanical and/or plumbing OR a
Project Manager or Field Superintendent in mechanical and/or plumbing construction with the technical expertise and interpersonal skills to transition into a sales/estimating role
The ideal Mechanical Construction Estimator candidate will have:
Existing customer relationships (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with bid software (a plus but not required)
We are looking for a long-term hire who will be working with other long-term members of our team.
