THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Territory Sales or Project Management professional with mechanical expertise, based in Oregon.
The position combines remote work with field-based activities, concentrating on specifying mechanical products for major construction projectsspanning airports, data centers, semiconductor plants, and university facilities.
Daily responsibilities may involve delivering boardroom presentations to executives or conducting on-site evaluations with developers. Youll work closely with engineering and support teams to meet client needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Building and maintaining relationships with mechanical engineers and project stakeholders is central to this role. The company fosters active client engagement through regular networking events such as happy hours, meals, and sporting activities. Most engagements are based in the Portland metro area, with up to 30% overnight travel to visit key accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 7 years in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management
- Background in manufacturing, construction, general contracting, or MEP engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC
- Enjoys client-facing roles and professional networking
- Must live in Oregon and be willing to travel regionally (up to 30% overnight)
- Bachelors degree required
