Responsibilities:
Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates. - Field Service: Maintain and repair, Off Hwy/On Hwy construction equipment such as Fork Lifts, Skid Steers, Scissor Lifts, Ariel Boom Lifts, Generators, Class 5-8 Trucks, ETC. - Provide superior customer service while working with customers to resolve equipment issues. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines while in the field and traveling to and from job sites. - Maintain highest level of communication with main office and team members. - Assist in sourcing parts and general labor tasks as needed.
Skills: - Mechanical knowledge of Off Hwy/On Hwy construction equipment such as Fork Lifts, Skid Steers, Scissor Lifts, Ariel Boom Lifts, Generators, Class 5-8 Trucks, ETC. - Proficient in hydraulic systems, electrical systems, fuel systems, cooling systems, diagnostics and repair. - Ability diagnose and repair Diesel and gas engines. - Experience in operating medium/heavy duty construction equipment. - Familiarity with soldering techniques for equipment repairs. - Strong customer service skills for interacting with clients and addressing their needs. - Knowledge of equipment repair principles for troubleshooting equipment issues. - Ability to work at heights and suspend from equipment when necessary.
