Job Description

The MEP Construction Manager will:

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems for assigned construction projects.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with design teams and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all MEP work adheres to local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to project teams.
• Prepare and present regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Construction Manager should have:

• A background in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proven ability to manage and lead subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with project teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the Business Services industry, particularly in Construction, is a plus.
