Job Description
The MEP Construction Manager will:
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP systems for assigned construction projects.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with design teams and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all MEP work adheres to local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to project teams.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.

The Successful Applicant
A successful MEP Construction Manager should have:
- A background in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proven ability to manage and lead subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with project teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the Business Services industry, particularly in Construction, is a plus.
