Job Description Lead development of MEP scopes, pricing, and bid packages with an emphasis on electrical and mechanical scopes Analyze drawings and specifications for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical trades Design-Build and standard estimating will be required Participate in design reviews and value engineering efforts Support estimating efforts across multiple sectors Interface with regional leadership, PMs, and external partners to align estimating strategy Build and maintain industry-leading relationships, ensuring the best possible trade and client quality MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
