Job Description
Conduct fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical (FP/P/M/E) related construction estimating for multifamily communities. Perform estimating, quantity take-offs for specific trade scopes, sub-bid solicitation, progress budgets, scope clarifications, systems studies and comparisons, and value engineering. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and general contractors. Stay updated with industry developments relevant to estimating practices. Analyze construction documents, mechanical reports, and specifications with precision.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics, or related field. Progressive years of experience in FP/P/M/E estimating or the construction industry. Minimum of 2 years' experience in multifamily construction preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations. Familiarity with On Screen Takeoff, Plan Swift, or equivalent systems. Knowledge of estimating software, preferably Sage Estimating Software. Strong attention to detail and well-organized approach to work. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Base Salary: Up to $120,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates). Bonus: 10% performance-based.
