Our client, a Modular Home Manufacturer is seeking Metal/Exterior workers to join our production team join their team.  The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, be a team player and be dependable which will align successfully in the organization.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for the installation and finishing of exterior components on manufactured homes, including metal siding, roofing, trim, and other exterior features. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install metal siding, roofing, fascia, soffit, and other exterior finishes on manufactured homes.

Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately according to blueprints and specifications.

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior experience in construction, roofing, or exterior finishing is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures.

Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling for extended periods.

Use of ladders and scaffolding.
