Job Description
- Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from planning to completion
- Coordinate and lead internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality control processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Facilitate regular site visits and progress meetings
- Report project updates to senior leadership and ownership groups

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5-8 years of project management experience in the multifamily sector
- Proven track record delivering ground-up and/or substantial renovation multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
