A well-established construction firm specializing in multi-family developments is seeking an experienced Multi-Family Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of multi-family residential projects across Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multi-family projects, with a strong emphasis on quality control, budget management, team leadership, and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead all phases of multi-family construction projects from pre-construction through final turnover. Develop, maintain, and drive detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met. Manage project budgets with a focus on cost control and maximizing project profitability. Serve as the primary liaison between ownership groups, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Coordinate and supervise field operations, subcontractor activities, and site logistics for multi-building projects. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, quality, safety, and budget adherence. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Manage RFI processes, submittals, change orders, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with the preconstruction team during project estimating and planning phases, providing insight on constructability, phasing, and value engineering. Identify and mitigate potential risks and project challenges early to avoid schedule delays or budget overruns. Oversee final punch list generation, project close-out, and turnover to property management teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience managing ground-up multi-family residential construction projects. Experience with projects ranging from 100 to 400+ units preferred. Strong understanding of multi-family construction methods, including wood framing, concrete podiums, MEP systems, and exterior finishes. Proficient in construction management software (such as Procore, MS Project, or similar). Solid budgeting, scheduling, and project controls expertise specific to multi-family development. Knowledge of Arizona building codes, permitting processes, and inspection requirements. OSHA 30 Certification preferred. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
