Job Description
- Oversee all stages of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and crews.
- Maintain a safe and compliant job site at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Implement and uphold company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Construction Superintendent should have:
- Multiple Ground up multifamily experience $10 Million dollars+
- A solid understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Proven ability to supervise and lead teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in project management software.
