Job Description

Oversee all stages of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and crews. Maintain a safe and compliant job site at all times. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met. Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and reports. Implement and uphold company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Construction Superintendent should have:

• Multiple ground up multifamily experience $10 Million dollars+
• A solid understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in project management software.
