Job Description

The role involves overseeing day-to-day field operations on major multifamily and mixed-use construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position also requires managing subcontractors, enforcing safety compliance, and coordinating with project management teams. The successful applicant will lead on-site meetings, maintain detailed reports, and proactively resolve field-related issues.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of experience as a Multifamily Mixed Use Construction Superintendent on large-scale commercial or multifamily building and construction projects in Los Angeles. Proven track record with structural steel projects ($50M+) for a general contractor is required. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety standards is essential. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are also necessary.

What's on Offer

The position offers a salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 (commensurate with experience). Benefits include a comprehensive healthcare plan (65% premium coverage), PTO, and 401(k). A car allowance is also provided.
