A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a litigation Associate to join its team in Fort Lauderdale to work on multi-party construction defect cases in Florida. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience, including, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and preparing memoranda. (Experience with Construction Litigation is a plus).
