*Position: New Construction Installer*

*Job Purpose:* To install high-quality HVAC systems for new construction projects, including sheet metal work, hydronic radiant heating/cooling, geothermal systems, fuel gas piping, refrigeration, and low voltage controls, ensuring customer satisfaction and craftsmanship.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Install HVAC systems in high-end, custom residential projects. * Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere with positive and detail-oriented colleagues. * Ensure precision and adherence to project specifications and standards. * Participate in training to refine skills and maintain industry-leading expertise. * Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in a professional manner.

*Job Requirements:*

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation or related fields (sheet metal, geothermal, hydronic systems, etc.). * Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. * Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. * Must be 24 years or older. * Possess a valid driver’s license. * Clear a background check. * EPA certification and understanding of safety standards. * Pass a pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position, which will include cannabis screening.

Pay: $32.85 - $55.00 per hour
