Our client, an award-winning, Chambers-ranked Construction & Government Contracts boutique, has asked for our assistance in identifying a skilled construction litigator - Associate, Counsel, or Partner (portable business required) - for its Bay Area office on a fully remote basis. Primary responsibilities will involve assisting firm clients (construction owners, architects & engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers) in resolving claims and disputes via arbitration, mediation, or trial in state and federal courts; secondary work as needed in contract review and drafting and in general advice & counsel. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and at least five years of on-point experience in construction law. Candidates must be members in good standing of the California Bar and be physically seated in California. Billable hour requirement 1,800 hours/year, with some flexibility for partners.
