Job Description & Responsibilities Work onsite during business hours, including weekends.
Greet visitors and answer inquiries in person or on the phone.
Develop positive working relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
Handle inquiries from potential customers via email, phone, and website.
Follow up with prospects and set appointments.
Work well with customers in high-stress situations.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
Demonstrate a desire and ability to gain knowledge of products, the company, and the sales process.
Handle conflict resolution effectively.
Qualifications High School diploma required; some college preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a sales administrative or professional role.
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Extreme attention to detail and time management.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
Experience handling confidential information.
