Office Administrator
Our client, a leader in construction equipment, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully with the organization's growth.
Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
Type: Temp to hire
What's the Job?
- Complete and manage quotes, purchase orders, and customer agreements, into organized customer file systems for multiple divisions.
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and provide general administrative support to the team.
- Assist with customer and vendor communications, providing updates or troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Receive and check in materials and components, documenting accurate serial and lot numbers.
- Assist with compiling and distributing project close-out documentation and creating installation tags for projects.
What's Needed?
- HS/GED
- 3+ years of recent office support experience
- Background in the construction industry or similar preferred
- Experience with purchase orders, invoices, troubleshooting customer tickets, vendor communications and data entry
- Highly proficient with desktop applications (i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Pro).
- Organized with attention to detail
- Communicate well with internal and external customers
