Triad Associates is seeking an Onsite Construction Warehouse Project Coordinator to support the warehouse and construction teams. The ideal candidate has at least three years of related experience. Candidates must be highly motivated and self-driven with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is someone who can handle pressure in a fast-paced environment and understands that our company handles multiple projects per day. We are an established company that is growing. We are always looking to add positive, forward-thinking individuals who possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Accounting- The warehouse coordinator creates Purchase Orders for our vendors, Item Receipts for the warehouse and Sales Orders for our Project Managers.
- Material Requests- Ordering materials that the warehouse communicates that they are out of.
- Scheduling - Create a schedule for the warehouse associates
- Warehouse Support - Support the warehouse team with equipment, tools, and materials they need as well as administrative work when the warehouse manager is absent and aid with the needs of the warehouse associates.
- Fleet Coordinating Support - Support all departments with managing and maintaining the available fleet for distribution.
- Must be able to perform any warehouse or physical labor that's required of the job including but not limited to being able to lift between 30lbs - 50lbs, using Pallet-Jack, stack equipment (around 40lbs), and manually Receive shipments (unload or load from trucks).
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2+ years of office-setting experience
- Handle or support multiple projects a day preferred
- Experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multi-task while handling urgent request efficiently, quickly, and calmly
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and collaborate with others
- Able to read, write, understand, and speak English proficiently
- Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
