Description Are you a seasoned operations leader from the Construction field with a fundamental understanding of business financials and a passion for this industry? Regent5 is seeking a great Operations Manager to join our team to oversee and optimize our day to day processes.
Your Manager: Jane, GM Your Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) Your Location: In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

Your Contribution to Regent5: Daily Operations: Scheduling, Dispatching, Forecasting, Conflicts, Quality Control
Execution of Vision: Effectively partner with leadership to plan, capture, and deliver
Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable (LMA): PMs, Techs, Engineers, Design Coordinators
Business Plan/Budgets/P&L Objectives: Understand, maintain, and deliver
Key Processes: Develop, simplify, document, execute (efficiency & cost reduction)
Data: Operational Performance, Production, etc.
Issue Resolution: Capture then Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS)
Compliance Management: Local/State/Federal industry regulations
Specific Requirements: 5+ yrs in Construction Related Operations or Project Management
Proficient in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
Financial experience in budgeting, cost control, and job costing
Knowledge of California construction regulations and labor compliance (preferred but not required).
Regent5's Contribution to You: $170k to $190k (Based on Experience)
