Field Supervisor that directs crews in the placement of cable / materials for underground and overhead telecommunications according to customer contract requirements. The Supervisor also ensures that all safety, quality, and production goals are met according to rules, regulations, and standards set by the company. The Construction Supervisor leads personnel supporting complex projects daily. The position is responsible for supervising personnel that handle the day-to-day operations and job completions. The Primary Job Responsibilities will be to drive daily production, keep leadership advised on the project's progress, meet deadlines, and to facilitate the daily interaction with the sub-contractors and clients.

Daily Responsibilities Drive daily operational production Responsible for ensuring all subordinate organizations provide quality work on time and on budget Responsible for cross functional coordination to ensure build / schedule align with customer priorities Management of key performance metrics (KPI’s - Build production, Overage Job Management, Market Productivity, etc.) Maintain Daily Production Sheets / Reporting and ensure company databases are kept current and accurate with daily progress, photos, etc. Read & Interpret construction prints Manage customer escalations / roadblock mitigation Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies Performs other duties as necessary
Required Qualifications 1 - 3 years of direct supervisory management experience leading Wireline Outside Plant Construction Teams & proven production management 3 years of experience with Fiber to the Home (FTTH) & Fiber to the Business (FTTB) Wireline Outside Plant Construction experience Demonstrated knowledge of Wireline Outside Plant Construction Services: Telco, Power, Fiber, Basic Construction, Vendor equipment requirements, etc. Demonstrated track record of building successful teams, effectively motivating people and maintaining effective relationships with clients, owners, and team members Self-Motivated with Strong attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency at placing Fiber Cable in the Right of Way (ROW) Proficient with Microsoft Office and other tools / applications as needed Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally Demonstrated strong communication skills Enjoys managing a workforce daily (safety, quality, and production) and builds positive relationships Ability to think critically, anticipate opportunities for improvement, and forward thinking Desired Qualifications Managing project budgets or related financial experience Education High School Diploma or Equivalent
