Our client is actively seeking a talented Sales Representative to join their high-performing team in the Salt Lake City Metro area. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with commercial construction clients, contractors, fabricators and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrate consultative sales skills by advising clients on product applications and project solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive service and technical support.
- Accurately prepare quotes, manage project documentation, and coordinate scheduling efforts.
- Strategically support company growth initiatives by identifying market opportunities and expanding the client base.
Required Skills and Background:
- Professional experience in structural steel, building materials, commercial construction, design/build, or construction project management/estimatingeither in a sales or project execution capacity.
- Familiarity with blueprints/technical drawings, specifications, and bid documentation.
- Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills; Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge preferred.
- Must be comfortable with occasional travel for regional client visits and corporate meetings.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Past experience in outside construction sales or large-scale commercial construction projects is a major plus.
