Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Three years of experience in the design, construction or management of construction projects at an attraction or related facility are required. A State of Florida Professional Engineer license, State of Florida Registered Architect license, certificate issued by State of Florida or Miami-Dade County as a General Contractor's, General Building Contractor or General Engineering Contractor's, or Certificate of Eligibility in General Engineering or General Building may substitute for the required education. Must be able to work a permanent or rotating shift schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
