Job Description

Construction Manager needed with 5 years of experience in management, carpentry

and construction. Oversee all aspects of building projects, ensuring they are completed

safely, within budget, and on schedule. Supervise contractors and ensure compliance

with building codes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Planning and Coordination: Developing project plans, schedules, and

budgets. 

 Supervision and Oversight: Monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality,

and resolving issues. 

 Safety and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, building

codes, and environmental standards. 

 Communication and Reporting: Maintaining clear communication.

 Risk Management: Identifying potential problems and developing solutions. 

 Quality Control: Implementing and keeping quality standards for the project. 

Skills and Qualifications:

 Strong leadership and communication skills.

 Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

 Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

 Experience in project management and cost control.

 Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
