This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired individual with a CDL license and hands-on experience in equipment operation, basic maintenance, and job site logistics. What Youll Do: Transport Equipment: Safely haul skid steers, excavators, and dump trucks to and from job sites as needed. (CDL required) Warehouse Coordination: Oversee the warehouse; receive and organize incoming equipment/materials; ensure outgoing equipment is logged and tracked properly. System Implementation: Develop and manage a simple inventory and checkout system to track tools, equipment, and materialsincluding who checked it out and where it's located. Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on heavy equipment (e.g., oil changes, greasing, visual inspections). Organizational Improvements: Proactively suggest and implement systems to improve storage, access, and equipment management.
