We’re currently hiring a Part-time School Occupational Therapist to support a rural district in Western Massachusetts, serving students across Westhampton and Chesterfield. This is a low-hour, flexible opportunity perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful impact with a small caseload.
This role offers a supportive and collaborative school environment, with a consistent weekly schedule and manageable travel between three nearby schools.
Position Details:
Hours: Approximately 6 hours per week.
Locations: 2 schools in Westhampton, MA (within 1.4 miles of each other) and 1 school in Chesterfield, MA (approx. 9 miles from Westhampton).
Caseload: Small, manageable caseload across K–12 students.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to assigned students.
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as needed.
Qualifications:
Current MA Occupational Therapist License.
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and travel between sites.
