Responsibilities Represent clients in various litigation matters in state and federal courts. Research and analyse legal issues and case law to develop strategies. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, seeking optimal outcomes. Conduct depositions and hearings, presenting cases effectively. Manage case files, ensuring adherence to deadlines and legal requirements. Communicate with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and options. Requirements Previous experience in personal injury, or employment, or workers compensation is a must. Active license to practice law in the state where the firm operates. Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in legal research tools and litigation software. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases effectively under pressure. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
