Competitive base salaryplus commissions 100% Paid health, dental, and vision 401k and retirement match Qualifications: Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing Must be willing to be in the office daily 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required First chair trial experience required - minimum of 8 General litigation experience required including motion practice, fact and expert witness deposition, and general discovery practice Strong communication and people skills Bilingual a plus Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation
