Job Purpose:

The Petroleum Construction Manager leads and manages NES's construction department. The Petroleum Construction Manager oversees the installation of equipment in accordance with federal, state and company policies and regulations. Communication and daily interactions with customers, vendors, sub-contractors, local and state regulatory agencies is required. The Petroleum Construction Manager will monitor safety issues and correct issues while ensuring projects are completed on time. The Petroleum Construction Manager will direct and develop foreman, while establishing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive construction options and client-base. This position will implement the company's policies and procedures, support internal and external marketing plans to increase revenues and profits, and ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided. The Petroleum Construction Manager will represent the company's core values and uphold the mission and values established by the organization. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations.
