What You'll Do:

As a Pipe Welder, you'll be an important part of our field team, working on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects. You'll perform high-quality pipe welding and other mechanical trade tasks, contributing to the completion of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld carbon steel pipe and TIG weld stainless steel pipe to industry standards.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings to determine pipe placement and connections.
  • Perform pipe fitting, thread pipe installation, Victaulic grooving, plumbing, or ductwork as needed.
  • Collaborate with other trades and coordinate work schedules for efficiency.
  • Maintain consistent quality control and follow all safety and building code requirements.
  • Travel to job sites across the Carolinas and occasionally to Florida as needed.

What You Bring:

We're looking for a versatile and skilled tradesperson who can handle a variety of tasks while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Certified pipe welder or the ability to pass a pipe weld certification.
  • Proficiency in carbon steel pipe welding and TIG welding stainless steel.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents.
  • Experience with multiple trades, including pipe fitting, threaded pipe, Victaulic grooving, plumbing, or ductwork.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability on the job.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations as required.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
