What You’ll Do: Own the estimating process for all plumbing projects — from takeoff to proposal. Lead project handoffs and startups with military-grade precision. Keep the sales pipeline full and flowing — without overloading the system. Track, monitor, and control everything from manpower and materials to timelines and cost trends. Work directly with leadership — your voice matters here. Jump into site walks, design reviews, and coordination meetings like a boss. Forecast needs, flag issues early, and keep things moving — on time, on budget, on point. Create change orders, value engineer when needed, and always look for ways to do it better . Inspire teams.
