Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state or local regulations. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plumbing service and repair. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with HVAC-related plumbing systems. Additional certifications in specialized plumbing areas such as backflow prevention or gas piping. Proficiency with Service Titan or similar software. Strong customer service skills and experience working in a client-facing role. Ability to mentor junior technicians and provide on-the-job training. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
