Our client is currently seeking a PM - General Construction Must have field experience or a degree in construction management Experience working on Design Build Projects Must be organized, detailed oriented and efficient Review and interpret construction documents on paper and electronically on screen; Basic takeoff from blueprints of materials and equipmen Review contract and scope of work; Must be able to provide a high level of Customer Service Attend project meetings as required Prepare documents for billing purposes & coordinate with accounting personnel
