Job Description
- Lead the pre-construction phase, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and risk assessments for construction projects.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to align with project goals.
- Monitor compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Provide support to the project team during the transition from pre-construction to construction phases.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all pre-construction activities.
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.
