Position Overview We’re hiring a Pre-Construction Development Manager to own the design and development phase of major projects , from vision to handoff. This role is responsible for coordinating architects, engineers, designers, and consultants to shape the development and prepare for execution. You’ll manage plans, permits, contracts, bidding, and all early-stage coordination —ensuring a clean, professional transition to construction. Must be confident reading and interpreting plans, organizing consultants, and driving execution across design and pre-construction teams.
