As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in our continued success, working a full-time schedule of 5 days a week, 8-10 hours daily. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 yearly (depending on experience) , along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, a 401k plan, and generous paid time off (PTO).
Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience in commercial construction of all types
Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek, and Estimate (B2W)
Extensive knowledge of industry practices and products
Client relationship management experience
