Job Description

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract documents
• Lead project meetings, generate reports, and maintain accurate documentation
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Oversee procurement, change orders, and billing processes

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of estimating experience with commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to lead projects without oversight from a senior project manager
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
• Comfortable managing multiple projects or large-scale jobs
